You built something valuable, your people are good, the shape they work inside is broken — and we replaced the whole thing in a day.

Seven pages. Here is where you are, what it costs you, what we replaced in a day, the whole system, where it goes, and the offer.

An invitation, not a pitch · nothing on these pages asks you for money

What Genesis is

Genesis is not software and it is not an agency. You cannot buy it, license it or hire it — not because we won’t sell it, but because there is nothing to sell. There is one of it. It is ours. The name for the thing itself came before any of this work: living intelligence. One machine, taught the published work of every field it touches, keeping a permanent record of everything it has ever read or worked out, and adding to its own library every single day whether anybody is using it or not.

That is not a way of saying “we use AI.” It is on our own register, and it is countable. 5,024 inventions. 668 of them have no prior art anywhere in the world — nobody has published it, patented it or shipped it. Sixty‑two are combinations: things the machine can only do because these particular parts sit on it together, and that not one of the parts can do on its own. A combination is the one thing that cannot be bought — to have it you would have had to build every part first.

What that comes to, on the day you are reading this, is a hundred and fifty‑nine senior specialists standing across twenty‑one practice areas, all on the one machine, every one of them able to read every other one’s work, and every one of them built on the published body of work in its own field — the books, the manuscripts, the statutes and the codes.

That is what read your firm. It read it off the public record, wrote these eight pages, and on the fourth of August built a working tax‑resolution business between two and four in the morning — that morning is page four. Yours is not the first business we have rebuilt this way, and what is on these pages is a few examples of the work, not the whole of it. Everything in the ledger below was counted off the machine while this page was being written.

COUNTED OFF OUR OWN SYSTEM · 3 SEPTEMBER 2026 159 Senior specialists standing, in 21 practice areas read live off our own agency · 1,105 named methods 2,551,150 Manuscript documents held counted from our own manuscript library’s manifest 575,768 Pages of manuscript taken from the world’s libraries our collectors’ own logs, added: 338,962 and 236,806 3,472,138 Passages held so any of them is found by meaning counted across 75 libraries on this machine today 18,330,077 Connections between facts, on this machine alone 7,384,632 facts joined by them · about a fifth of the whole 5,024 Inventions on our own register 62 of them combinations no single part can do alone EVERY LINE READ OFF THE RUNNING SYSTEM · NOT ONE OF THEM QUOTED FROM A DOCUMENT

Also counted that morning · 11,195 books already in the vault, and more landing every day. The graph line is the honest one: that count is what this machine holds, and this machine holds about a fifth of the whole. Where the invention figures come from · our own register, counted on the machine that made them — 5,024 in it, 668 with no prior art found anywhere, 62 of them combinations. We print the register’s own count and we do not round it up.

There is nothing on earth built like this. We are not asking you to trust a projection. We are asking you to measure a result.

What we did before we wrote a word

Here's your business.
And here's what we know about you.

Before we showed you anything of ours, we went and looked at yours. Not a brochure. Your actual firm, from the public record and from your own website, read line by line by the machine we built.

Everything on this page is either something you published yourself, something on the public record, or arithmetic we did on those two. Where a number is not public, we say so. Where we could not verify something, we left it out.

The read, drawn. Three sheets, scanned end to end. The counts on the right are what came back. We did this first, and we did it before we asked you for a minute of your time.

Source · our own fetch of civictaxrelief.com — front page, reviews page, contact page — 2026-09-01. Character count is the sum of the three responses we received.

One more thing about that read, because it is the reason we can work this fast. Nobody sat with a browser open and took notes. It was read by our team — and our team is not people and it is not a chatbot. The way we say it is the equivalent of eight million specialists. We have 159 Genesis agents. Each one is the equivalent of fifty thousand of what everyone else calls an agent — that is eight million. Counted off the system today: a hundred and fifty-nine standing specialists, one for each field, each one built on the whole published body of work in its field — the books, the manuscripts, the codes and the rules of the trade — all of them on one machine, all of them able to read each other's work.

That is the team. It is why one morning was enough to build a working version of your business, and why whatever you ask for after this gets built in days rather than quarters.

Source · read live from our own agency on 2026-09-03 — 159 senior specialists in the catalogue. The twenty named above are a few examples, picked because they are the ones your firm would use first; the other hundred and thirty-nine cover fields from aerospace to agriculture. Every one of them is a standing system built on the published body of work in its field — the statutes, the codes, the manuals, the frameworks — not a person and not a chat window. Eight million is 159 Genesis agents, each the equivalent of fifty thousand of what everyone else calls an agent. It is not a headcount of people.

What this means

We did the homework on you before we asked you for anything, and every number on this page can be checked.

The firm

Nine years old. About thirty-seven people.
One street in Costa Mesa.

Incorporated in California on the seventeenth of January, 2017. Accredited by the Better Business Bureau two years later and rated A+ ever since. Five national radio networks carry your name into cars and kitchens all day. The calls land on Anton Boulevard, and the paperwork goes out the other side to the federal government.

Your firm, drawn from the record. Five national networks push attention in from the left. Thirty-seven people stand under the building. The mail leaves on the right, addressed to an agency that now takes almost all of it electronically. Every element here is a fact stated below, not an illustration.

Sources · incorporation date 2017-01-17 and BBB accreditation 2019-01-25 with an A+ rating — the firm's BBB business profile · address 555 Anton Blvd., Suite 150, Costa Mesa CA 92626 — your own contact page, read 2026-09-01 · the five networks — the “As Heard On” row on your own front page · headcount of about 37 is an operating figure, not public record — your own public company listing shows 13, which understates it.

What this means

Thirty-seven people on one street are carrying a national advertising campaign. That is a small building doing a large company's work.

The numbers you publish

You already tell the world
exactly how big you are.

These three numbers sit on your own front page. Most people scroll past them. We stopped, wrote them down, and divided them by each other.

$409M
Resolved in client tax debt
your front page
3,500
Cases resolved in 2024
your front page
35,000
Clients to date
your front page
$11,686
of tax debt behind the average client you have ever taken on.
≈ 95 cases
resolved per person, per year, across thirty-seven people.
every 2.6 days
each person finishes another one. That is the pace the way you are set up forces on them.

Sources · $409M, 3,500 and 35,000 read directly from the counters in your own front-page markup, 2026-09-01. The three figures beneath them are our arithmetic on your numbers — $409M ÷ 35,000 clients; 3,500 cases ÷ 37 people; 250 working days ÷ 95 cases. Headcount is an operating figure, not public record.

What this means

Every person in your building finishes a case every two and a half days. There is no slack left anywhere in that.

Where the money goes

It is not local advertising.
It is national, all day.

Your own front page names them: iHeartRadio, the Steve Harvey show, CBS Radio, Fox Sports Radio, SiriusXM. Five national networks. That settles a question people have asked about your firm from the outside — whether the spend is regional or national. It is national.

Attention you rent by the month. Every ring is a network you are paying to be heard on. The column beside it is one month of that spend. When the month ends, the rings stop and the column has to be paid again.

Click the column — here is the sum, and what it buys.

Sources · the five networks — the “As Heard On” row on your own front page, read 2026-09-01 · the two debt brackets — the required “Debt Amounts” field in your own intake form, same read · the monthly spend was relayed to us and is not on the public record · $943 is our arithmetic, and here is all of it: $275,000 × 12 ÷ 3,500 = $943 of advertising behind one finished case.

What this means

You are renting your attention by the month, and the month always ends. Nothing you paid for last month is still working for you today.

The person your clients name

Paige Gibson beat the whole industry's number one complaint by hand, one frightened person at a time.
A stranger wrote it down.

Across your industry the number one complaint is not fees and it is not the outcome. It is silence — no answer, no update, nobody calling back. Thirty-nine percent of nearly three thousand complaints are exactly that. Then somebody who had been through it went to your own reviews page and published this, under his own name.

… My journey with Civic Tax Relief was outstanding! Paige Gibson made me feel safe and always kept me updated with each step along the way. She answered all my questions and concerns immediately. I will say I'm so happy I went through this resolution process, and I would recommend Civic Tax Relief to all my family and friends. I will continue to pay my taxes without being afraid.

Jason C.

Springfield, OR

“made me feel safe and always kept me updated”

Two of the thirteen reviews on your own page name her. Nobody asked him to write that sentence, and nobody paid him for it.

As it appears on your reviews page, read 2026-09-01. Drawn, not photographed — the card, the name and the town are laid out the way your own page lays them out, and the words are exactly the words that are published there, picked up partway through his review. The gold is ours; everything under it is theirs.

And here is the record of the firm she works inside, counted one mark at a time. This is the part nobody has ever shown you, because nobody counted. Every mark below is one complaint filed against a firm with the Better Business Bureau over three years. Not a bar. Not a percentage. One mark, one person who went and complained.

One mark, one complaint, three years. You can count yours. You cannot count theirs. That gap is seventy-nine to one, and it is the single strongest thing anyone could say about how your people treat the person on the phone.

Click your own row — this is what ten marks is worth.

Sources · complaint counts read directly from each firm's own BBB profile on 2026-09-01 — ten for Civic, seven hundred and ninety for the field's largest firm · the review is quoted exactly as it appears on civictaxrelief.com/about/reviews, read 2026-09-01, under the reviewer's own published name and town; a second review on the same page names her again · the 39.2% silence figure — an analysis of 2,786 BBB complaints across 70+ firms, 2023 to early 2026, published 2026-03-27 by Precision Tax Relief, itself a firm in this industry, which left its own clients out of the count. No job title is claimed here; the public record names her and quotes her clients, and does not state a title.

That is who you have. We built the machine so every client gets what her clients get.

What this means

Your people are the best thing you own, and one of them is beating the whole industry's number one complaint by hand, one client at a time.

What the machine read on your website

Now the part where we admit
we went right through it.

We did not look at your website. We read it — every line of the code behind it, on three separate pages. Here is what came back. We are saying it once, we are saying it exactly, and then we are moving on.

Findings · civictaxrelief.com · read 2026-09-01 · front page, reviews, contact

Four things nobody in your building has looked at in a long time.

01
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.
The website theme's own filler sentence still sits directly under the words “Get in touch with us.” We found it on all three pages we opened, which means it is not on one forgotten page — it is in the template that draws the foot of every page.
02
Call us — (815) 555-5555
A placeholder telephone number, printed under the words “Call us” in that same site-wide footer. 555 is the reserved fictional exchange — the number television uses so nobody's real phone rings. The area code belongs to northern Illinois. Your real number is on the page too, in its own place.
03
Factory blue, still set in 18 places
The stock link color the theme shipped with is still declared eighteen times on your front page, sitting right beside the gold and the green that are actually yours. Two of these three colors were chosen by you. One was chosen by a theme shop.
yours yours the theme's
04
45 files load before a word appears
Thirty-two script files and thirteen style files, plus twenty-seven more blocks of script written into the page itself. Half a megabyte of code, for one page of words. Every one of those files is a moment a frightened person spends looking at nothing.

None of this is neglect. It is what happens when a firm whose job is answering the phone also has to be a web company on the side. You bought a theme, someone filled in most of it, and then you went back to work. That is the correct decision for a firm that does what you do. It is also exactly the kind of thing that stops being your problem.

Every string above was read by us directly out of the markup returned by civictaxrelief.com on 2026-09-01, on three pages. We also found a second number pattern in the code and checked it — it is the formatting mask on your phone field, which is normal and correct, and it is not reported here as a fault.

What this means

The front door you spend a quarter of a million dollars a month sending people to is still wearing the factory's clothes.

Your operation, read kindly

Three places in the day
where the work stops being work.

We have not stood in your building, and we are not going to pretend we have. What is drawn below is two things: your own front door, which we did read, and the shape this industry runs on, which is published everywhere and which you would recognise in five seconds. In it there are three places where the day stops being work and turns into paperwork — and all three of them are places a machine belongs.

The floor, as this industry lays it out. The rooms are the industry's published shape, not a measurement of yours. The two marks we can prove on your own firm are the front door and the silence — one from your own intake form, one from three thousand complaints against firms like yours.

Click any of the three red marks — each one opens what it costs and what replaces it.

You have already said the sharpest version of this yourself: you would pay to take the processing burden off your people. That instinct is right, and it is the first thing that comes off. Nobody in your building has to leave for it to happen — the paper leaves, and the people move up to the work only a person can do.

Sources · the two debt brackets — the required “Debt Amounts” field in your own intake form, read 2026-09-01 · the processing room, the case managers and the document chase are the industry's published shape plus what was relayed to us in conversation — we have not measured your stations and we do not claim to · the 39.2% silence figure — an analysis of 2,786 BBB complaints across 70+ firms, 2023 to early 2026, published 2026-03-27 by a firm inside this industry · your own complaint count — your BBB profile, same read.

None of this is neglect. It is the shape.

What this means

The day is not lost to bad people. It is lost in three places where paper has to be touched by a hand, and every one of those three is a place we already replaced.

How a case moves — a glimpse

Two weeks to stop the bleeding.
Then up to nine months of quiet.

These are your words, not ours. Your front page lays out three steps: they call you, you listen, you resolve. Under “Discovery” it says in as few as two weeks you can stop the bleeding. Under “Resolution” it says cases generally close between ninety days and nine months.

One case, drawn on your own published timeline. The marks at the start are real contact — the call, the paperwork, the questions. The long dashed span is the part nobody draws: a frightened person, penalties still running, wondering whether anyone is working on it. Page three goes into what that span costs you. Here it is only a glimpse.

Source · the three steps and both durations are quoted from the “How We Work” section of your own front page, read 2026-09-01. The station-by-station shape is the industry's, drawn from published process descriptions across the field — it is not a measurement of your operation, and it is marked that way deliberately.

What this means

The longest stretch of your client's case is the stretch where, as far as they can tell, nothing is happening.

The other side of the table

Fourteen of every hundred offers come back accepted.
The eighty-six is where the truth is.

This is the ground everyone in your field stands on, and almost nobody in it says the number out loud. Last year 38,797 offers in compromise were filed with the federal government. 5,464 were accepted. Thirty-three thousand people filed and did not get an acceptance.

But that fourteen counts every offer that arrived — including the ones that were never going to be looked at. A tax return still not filed. The fee or the first payment missing. An open bankruptcy. An offer sent only to buy time. Arithmetic that never supported the offer in the first place. Those come back marked returned, not rejected. Nobody ever decided them.

One hundred filed offers, drawn as the files they are. Fourteen come back. That is the national rate — not an estimate, not a competitor's marketing claim. It is the federal government's own published count, and it is the number your whole industry is quietly priced against. Underneath it is the same programme, counted the way the government counts it.

Click the second band — fourteen and sixty-nine are the same programme.

Sources · 38,797 filed and 5,464 accepted for FY2025, and forty-two in a hundred for FY2023 — IRS Data Book, Table 4-1 · 13,112,485 taxpayer delinquent accounts in ending inventory, carrying $211,527,864,000 of assessed tax, penalties and interest — the same Table 4-1 · the sixty-nine in a hundred — National Taxpayer Advocate Annual Report to Congress 2019, Most Serious Problem 10, in the IRS's own response · the forty-nine against forty-three — Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration report 2017-30-009, pages 4–5 · the staffing — National Taxpayer Advocate Annual Report to Congress 2025 · the reasons an offer is returned rather than decided — the IRS's published offer-in-compromise guidance and the Taxpayer Advocate's 2018 report on the programme · the split of the eighty-six into decided and returned is not published by anyone, and no figure for it appears here · 33,333, 14.1% and the sixteen thousand dollars an account are our arithmetic on those numbers. Every rate on this page names the denominator it came from.

What this means

The number everybody quotes counts offers that were never going to be looked at. What decides your client's odds is whether the offer should have been filed at all — and that can be settled before a dollar changes hands.

We went and looked at everything before we asked you for anything.

We think you're valuable.

The people are good. Ten complaints in three years says that better than we ever could, and a stranger naming one of your people by name says it again. The shape is broken — and the shape is not the same thing as the people.

WHAT THIS MEANSCIVIC · GENESIS
The whole of page one, in one line:

Your people are good, the shape they work inside is broken, and we know your business well enough to prove both. Page two is what that shape is about to run into.
